Amber Roberson

My name is Amber Roberson and I am a 19 year old from Anchorage, Alaska. I attend Spelman College where my major is Sociology and minor is Education. I joined the Young Women of Color Leadership Council because I am a strong advocate for educating our young Black women. I believe that young women in our communities are often ignored and are the greatest untapped resource. In the future, I plan to earn a law degree and work for the Department of Education as an advocate for multicultural education.
